Please keep in mind that if you do not provide all necessary documents in your application we cannot process your application. E-Mail In your E-Mail application you should include: 1. The subject of the mail has to contain the TN ID and your EP-ID 2. A link to your EP-ID on myaiesec.net 3. Attachments That is all! Attachment In your E-Mail’s attachments you should include (in separated files): 1. Letter of Motivation/Anschreiben (max. 1 page) [ML_Surname_Firstname.pdf] 2. C.V./Lebenslauf [CV_Surname_Firstname.pdf) NO EUROPASS 3. Proof of Enrollment and/or Certificate of Mandatory Internship (mandatory for non-EU) [SC_Surname_Firstname.pdf] 4. EP Form [EP_Surname_Firstname.pdf] Requirements Student status We cannot proceed applications from EPs who are graduated already. You have to be a student who is enrolled in a university. Exception for Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan (bilateral agreement with Germany that allows EPs coming from these countries to be graduated and allowed to work in Germany with graduated status). Student certificate The certificate must state, that you are enrolled student at University during the entire duration of the internship. It must clearly mention the dates from what time till when (month and year) will you be a student. It has to be officially signed and stamped by the University. Have must bring at least three originals of the Student Certificate when coming to Germany. Maximum duration Due to the German regulations you can spend maximum 12 months as an Intern in the country. If you have done an internship earlier in Germany, you have to consider that the sum of your internships made in Germany do not exceed 12 months.
