Running Application

Double click Icon ProClick

To be able to use PROCLICK, users must login first by entering PROCLICK User ID and Password, then click the Login button. After successful login, the user can access the menus in PROCLICK but does not include the My Account menu. Users can get PROCLICK User ID and password by registering at www.profindo.com.


ProCLiCK Workspace

Menu

Menu displays all the features provided in PROCLICK. PROCLICK menu consisting of: Log, Workspace, My Account, Market Info, Info Broker, Stock Info, Research, Customer Service, Help. Explanation of each the menu will be explained in next section.

Find View

Find View is used to access the menu PRO CLICK by using numbers. List of numbers can be seen in the Short Cut menu

Indicators Internet connection to view the status of Internet connection on PROCLICK.

Login Menu

Login Pin Trading

Is to do the login menu to open the menu related with the portfolio and transaction activity. (Menu 'My Account')

Pin Trading is received the customer after the Account Opening Form is approved by the management of PT. Profindo and the beginning deposit has been received by the PT. Profindo. Shipping Pin Trading through a personal email client.

Logout Pin Trading

Is the menu to exit or close the menu associated with the portfolio and transaction activity. (The 'My Account').

NOTE : System will be automatically Logout PIN Trading if no activity for 5 minutes

Change Password

Is a menu to change the password to get into the application according with the wishes of customers. We recommend that the customer regularly change passwords to maintain the confidentiality of the application.


Change Pin Trading

Is a menu to change the PIN Trading. Customers can go to My Account menu and replace it with the customer desires. We recommend that the customer to change PIN Trading routine to maintain confidential.


Workspace Menu

New Workspace

New function to create a new workspace. Workspace is used to place the window that contains the features ProClick according with the wishes of customers.

Open Workspace

Open function to open a workspace that has been previously saved by the the


customer.

Close Workspace

Function to close the currently active workspace or used by the customer

Save and Save As Workspace

Save and Save As function to save the workspace that contains the features selected and arranged by the the customer. Special Save As customers are able to give a name for the workspace to be saved.


Set As Default

Set As Default to specify the workspace to be opened first at the ProClick opened.

Show Caption

Show Caption is used to display or hide all the titles in the window. Signs indicate the title display, and the opposite.


Show Up Ticker

Show UP Ticker function to show or hide the top ticker. Signs √ indicate the ticker is showing, and the opposite.

Show Down Ticker


Show Down Ticker function to show or hide the bottom ticker. Signs √ indicate the ticker is showing, and the opposite

Show Tool Bars


Show Toolbar function to show or hide ticker. Signs √ indicate the ticker is displayed, and opposite.

Shortcut

Shortcut facilitate and accelerate user access to features PROCLICK. By pressing certain keys such as function keys [F1] - [F12] or key combination [Ctrl] and the letters / numbers. Customer is allowed to make their own short-cut as you wish.


My Account Menu

Order Buy

Quick Order

This menu gives easy to open the order form Buy, Sell, Amend and withdraw it in a window.

Buy a menu that is available for purchase orders. How to use it is to enter a code share on the Stock column, the stock price on the Price column, and the number of lots in the Lot column, then click Send. After a confirmation window will appear, click OK to continue or Cancel to cancel. If the order is sent, confirmation will appear "order sent succesfully".How to place an order to buy is by clicking the My Account menu, then select the Buy Order, or by pressing the F2 key.1. Stock : contains the name of the shares to uy.2. Price : include the price of shares to buy.3. Lot : contains a amount of lots to buy.4. Client Id : contains the client code ProClick5. Market : contains selection on the stock market type, regular (RG) or cash (TN).6. Repeat : selection to send repeat order.


Order Sell

Sell a menu that is available to do the selling orders. Its use is the same as the Buy menu. How to do the selling order is by clicking the My Account menu, then select Order Sell, or by pressing the F4 key.

Amend Order

Amend is the menu used to change the price or lot in order to buy or sell. How to use it is to choose the order that will amend and change the price (if the price you want to change) or change a lot (lots if you want to change), then click Send. After a confirmation window will appear, click OK to continue or Cancel to cancel. If the order is sent, confirmation will appear "order sent succesfully". The way to amend the order is by clicking the My Account menu, then select Amend, or by pressing Ctrl + A.


Withdraw Order

Withdraw the menu to cancel the order either to buy or sell. How to use it is to click the stock code that you want to cancel until the sign of v and then click Send. After a confirmation window will appear, click OK to continue or Cancel to cancel. How to withdraw an order is by clicking the My Account menu, then select Withdraw, or by pressing Ctrl + W.

Order List

Order List is a menu that indicates the buy or sale orders that are still open. If the user has full order done / full match then it will move to the menu Trade List.


My Portfolio

My Portfolio is a menu that displays the user's information portfolio, either cash or stock.

Additional Information:

· Client ID : User account number.· Cash Balance : number of funds owned by the user if positive, if negative then the

user has the obligation.· Collateral Value : Hair cut value of shares owned by current user· Market Value : buy value of shares owned by the user· Buy Value :

- Order : The value of Purchase Order that has been executed either still open and had match at this time

- Open : The value of open buy orders at this time- Done : The Trade buy current value

· Sell value : - Order : The value of Sell Order that has been executed either still open and had

match at this time- Open : The value of an open sell order at this time- Done : The Trade Sell current value

· Ratio : is a tool that is expressed in arithmetical terms that can be used to compare between the cash collateral balances and stock

Order Tracking


Menu that allow users to search a queue of orders already executed. Users must fill in Order No. Stock and B / S.

Basket Order

Accommodate all orders you will send to JATS, to be executed at once or according to your wishes.

Market Info Menu

Indices Sector

Indices Sector is a menu that displays the last price (Last), price changes either in points or percent (Change), the highest price (High), the lowest price (Low), the opening price (Open), the closing price the previous day (Prev) , the total transaction value (T value), the total transaction lots (Lot T) and total frequency of transactions (T Freq) of


various sectors and indexes contained in IDX. In this menu the user can also look at stocks that are on each sector or index, by double-clicking on sector / index selected.

Indices Sector Members

Indices Sector Members is the menu that displays the last price information (Last), price changes in both point and percent (Change) In this menu users can view each of the stocks that are on the index contained in IDX.

Market News

Market News is a menu that displays the economic news, corporate, and stock exchanges collected from the various sources.


Market Summary

Market Summary is a menu that displays summary transaction information buying and selling stocks that traded exchange with a certain period of time.

Running Trade

Running Trade is a menu that displays the last trading transactions that have occurred in the stock.


Regional Index, Commodity, Forex

Regional Index, Commodity, Forex is displays information about the stock index - the world stock, commodity prices, and major forex

Broker Info Menu

Active Broker

Active Broker is a menu that displays information brokers overall rank order, can be based on value, volume, and frequency for the day


Broker Transaction Detail

Broker Transaction Detail is the menu that displays the entire buying and selling transactions conducted by brokers. Users can choose to view the Buyer (buy), Seller (sales), or Both (purchases / sales).

Broker Summary

Broker Summary is a menu that displays summary transaction information buying and selling stocks that trade at a broker and certain period of time


Broker History

Broker History is a menu that displays the transaction information buy and sell stocks that are trading at a brokerage and certain period of time.

Stock Info Menu

Order Book

Stock History is the menu that displays the historical price, frequency of transactions, amount of lots in the transaction, and the value of one share at a certain period.

Stock Trade By Foreign Summary

Stock Trade By Foreign Summary is a menu to find out number of transactions done by foreign customers in selected shares.

Top Buyer / Seller

Top Buyer / Seller display a real time price queuing of buy and sell in the market, average price and top buyer / seller filtering.

Alert Setting


Alert Settings menu is to give a warning when customers enter shares at a specified price.
