    4. THE NEXT STAGE

    ,fter su(mission of )our "echnical Report the Institute will identif) two "RR .,cademicInterviewers who ma) (e the same two mem(ers who acted as scrutineers of the s)nopsis- "he)will assess )our full "echnical Report and complete a "RR scrutineering report which will (ereturned to the Institute with their recommendations4

    =ou will (e notified in writing at this stage of this outcome and an) recommendations-
