What is People First?

How to Access People First to reset your password Step # 1: Go to the People First website

Step # 2: Click on “Forgot Your Password”

Step # 3: Enter Required Information

If you are getting an error message, there is a problem with your account which cannot be fixed via the “forgot password” tool. You must contact People First at 866-663-4735 and ask to reset your password.

Step # 4: Set Up Your Security Questions

Step # 5: Log In & Go to Health Insurance

Step # 6: Go to Benefits Choices

Step # 7: Enroll and Click Complete Enrollment

If you do not click complete enrollment your enrollment will not be completed and changes will not take effect.

Important Dates Open Enrollment: Nov. 7th - Nov. 18th
