"A God's-Eye View" The main focus in our March emphasis of a God-centered worldview is simply God. For the follower of Christ, God is interpreted through the Word not the world, and we see the world correctly when we see it through the lens of Scripture. Our culture is changing. It always has been and always will be in flux. Recently, it appears long time beliefs that many have held on to are being attacked or ejected from society. The word "intolerance" is often used to attack belief instead of identify behavior. Where does this stem from? These are symptoms of a change in worldview. How should Christians respond to this change? Above all, love, respect, honor, and fear of God should rule our hearts. (1 Peter 2:17) What should inform our response? The Scripture must be the basis of our reason for hope. (2 Tim. 3:14-17; 1 Peter 3:15) Why does it matter? Because people matter to God, and we are His ambassadors. (John 3:17; 2 Cor. 5:16-21; Eph. 2:10) This is our task. This is our mission. Over the next few weeks, we will be studying a God-centered worldview. We will address some of the serious objections that pre-Christians have to our faith. We will seek the Holy Spirit to give light to His Word. May God help us be grounded in our faith and gracious in our witness as we explore seeing our world from "A God's-Eye View."

Outreach - GO! Tuesday, March 11 @ 6:30pm in room 106. Glynrose Brinson’s Sunday School Class. Food Pantry - Donations for the food pantry are needed.
