How it works

Two Ways:

Remotely – Just send us schematics and photographs of each area of your property that we will be designing a floor plan layout for.

-- or --

On Property – Our chief designer will travel to your property, take all necessary photos and obtain all necessary schematics.

Formats Available

These are the typical formats you will received: PDF – Available for standard printing, as well as uploading to your website for guests to view and download. JPG – Individual JPG files of each layout will be available for you to place anywhere on your website. EPS – Best for hi-res printing. Files will be very large, but can be enlarged up to 400% normal size without loss of resolution.

Lasting Benefits

Once you have these layouts, they are yours forever. Most things you will spend your Marketing budget on will only last a few months to a year before it’s obsolete.
