GUARAN TEESTo help us properly plan your event, it is important that we receive confirmed attendance numbers and menu confirmation by 12:00 pm seven (7) business days prior to the event. Orders given after seven (7) days will be subject to limited options.

This will be the considered a guarantee and not subject to reduction. If no guarantee is received by the specified time, the expected number of persons will be considered your guarantee. Charges will be based on your guaranteed attendance or your actual attendance, whichever is greater.

PAY MEN TAll catering orders have a 20% Administrative Fee of the total Invoice added before tax. A non-refundable 25% deposit five (5) business days in advance of the event. The balance is due on the day of the event. In the event that the guarantee numbers increase, or orders are made on site, payment is due on the day of the event as well.

Payment can be made by using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover or cash.
