This coloring book was created by the Seniors and Ambassadors of Guam Girl Scout, Inc. Troop 126 to promote recycling on Guam. We want children to realize that recycling and keeping the environment clean is the best way to protect our beautiful island. Below is a list of places on island to recycle provided by Guam Environmental Protection Agency.

When at home, you can sort your trash after every meal!

At a fiesta, don’t throw away bottles and cans. Have a bag for trash and bags for cans and plastic bottles.

Where’s the recycle bin?

Don’t throw your trash out on the road. Keep a trash bag in your car or take it with you to your next stop.

Make sure your trash makes it into the trash cans when you are at the park. Instead of throwing away things that recycle, take them with you.

After a day at the beach, don’t leave your trash behind. Seperate the trash from your recycling when you leave and take it all with you.
