Welcome to OCCMundial, the Quick guide of Sight: the new recruiter´s office, the easiest way to access our
tool and its basic functionalities. Please follow the steps in this document and you will know more about of
Job Postings, its administration, as well as the resumes that you receive for each Job posting and the use
of Contact Details in talent Search our data base.
If you want more information, we invite you to get in touch with your Account Executive or our Customer
Service Department, available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Mexico city´s time).

Log in as recruiter
You Should Login to the new exclusive web site for recruiters by
means of the following links: https://www.occ.com.mx/empresas/ or
https://recluta12.occ.com.mx/ write our user name which normally
start with xmx and your password.
The system shows you the home page, called “My activity” where
you can see the next:

My Activity1. -Talent Search: You will be able to enter to the data base,
writing the key word of the profile that you need:
2. -New Vacancy: You will be able to start writing the
name of the Job Posting, you just have to indicate the
name of the position to cover.

3. - Job Posting s performance: You will appreciate a chart, where you will
observe the frequency of visits and postulates to your latest Job Postings:
*If you are on charge of the main account, you will be able to take off the
behavior of the job posting for every subaccount.
4. - Last Applicant: It Shows the last tree applicants for the job Posting, You will
observe a business card that shows the photo, the name, the Job posting that they
applied and salary expectations, if you click on “See Job postulate” you will
access to the complete resume:

6. - Continue with your last active vacancies. You will appreciate, under the
las applicant the most recently Job posting, location, number of visits and how
many people have applied to the moment, if you click on that number, you will enter
to the Job Posting manage.
5 . -Available credits: It shows the number of credits
that you have to post, outstanding or Search
talent In the data base. If you need to buy, just
click on “acquire more” enter to our online store. If
you need consult in detail and separately your
plans, its validity and where was used it, with
the date in which was , done, click on: “See
account statement” You will be able to validity this
information, which is up today to the moment
that you check your consumptions.
7. - Account settings. In the upper right corner, you will find
the name of the owner that use the platform, if you click on it,
it will unfold a list of activities as: CV´s classifications, CV
notes, Account status, Personal information, Change
password, salary rates and Help Center, as well, close your
session in case you don´t use it in that moment.

Job Posting
Now is easier make a Job Posting, follow the next steps to posting it
successfully:
You can enter to a Job posting since the home page: “My activity” in the
Top right section “Title of employment”, Just click on the pink button
which allowed create it.
The system shows you the fields to be captured to the Job Posting, start with
an attractive title of the position to cover, you have 60 characters to do it, the
Job location and their business activities, choose the minimum level academic
that you required for your position.

Write the approximate salary range (it can be visible or not, if you wish)
Then you have to choose a Job Detail is a required field
Then you have to choose the type of ad, then click next

Do you wish a confidential Job Posting? In which details Company are not
visible? You can deactivate the Box Company and logo, with this the Job
Seekers can´t see the company name and logo.
“Your contact information” It´s an option that allows you that the Job
Seekers can see your contact detail: Name, email and phone number.
If You Choose an Outstanding posting you will have this section. Collocate the
tree principal benefits of your posting.

Make an attractive description of the Job s profile ¡There isn t character s liiit!
You have to options the standard or guided.
This section is not mandatory, but if you need that the job seekers that apply
has an up level of knowledge about some areas, idioms, programs or
applications, You can write until four and the level that you need, since basic
level until expert level:

Do you want students or scholars? Use the option “Universities” where you can
choose from over 450 universities, the Job Posting will show in their stock
market without any cost! It shows the same validity that in OCCMundial.
*if you choose Post it in universities” you have to post as public Job Posting, It

To finish the process of your Job
Just click on the button “To post”
If you decided posting, you will receive a message confirmation about
successful posting:

Go to the top of the screen and click on the icon “Vacancies”
In this section you will be able to:
1. Observe the Active Job posting.
2. Validity the new resuie s Job Seekers in the “Postulates” section.
3. Job posting s search by name or location.
4. Job posting edition
5. Share in social media.
6. Sort the request to you prefer (activation date, expiration).
7. Observe the Inactivity Job posting.
8. Since here you can edit it and activate it.
10. Observe the drafts (In case that you don t have tiie to post in that
moment you will be able to keep it for later) and you will find the
possibility to edit and activate it when you want.

Job seekers administrationThis Sight’s section, where you can see the Job seekers that apply to your Job
Postings, to enter at their resumes, Just click on the number in the right side of
the screen: “Postulates”
1. It shows a list of Job seekers suggested by the system, according with your
profile, which you can consult without any cost.
2. Below of the Job seekers suggested, there are the resumes of the Job
Seekers interested in your Job Posting, at the top of the list there is the last
Job Seeker that have applied.
This section allows you:
1. Sort the resumes by applied date, edge, and salary expectations.
2. Filter the Job Seeker by locations or the date that they modify their
resumes.
3. Also you will be able to apply more filters as: experience area, idioms,
gender, edge, contract type, salary income and knowledge area if it is in
your Job posting.
In this way, will stay only with the Job seeker s that cover the profile
that you require and this avoid that you have to see a large list of the
Job seeker that apply to your Job posting.

Job seekers access
This Sight’s section, where you can see the Job seekers that apply to your Job
Postings, to enter at their resumes, Just click on the number in the right side of
the screen: “Postulates”
To enter in a resume, just is necessary click on the resume’s title inside of the
Job Seeker Administrator and the system automatically will deploy the
information:

You appreciate the coiplete Job Seeker s resume, when you open it doesn t
consume any credit of your balance, because the Job Seeker that apply doesn t
have cost and is totally possible review it:
Inside of the Job Seeker s resume you can do many actions as:
Put in process or reject the resume, you can share it with your team, or download
it.
You can observe the contact details, click on the button: “See contact
information”.
You appreciate the number of the companies that have seen the resume since it
was created
You will Know the level of Knowledge of the Jobs seeker and that you require and
that you ask when you create the Job posting.
The specialty areas are the professional experience of the Job Seeker in their
professional lives and skills, all of them skill, activities, programs or software that
they handle.
In the section “Professional experience” you will watch the companies in which
they have worked and activities that they have done.
Later on, it shows the Job Seeker s education degree in the section “Education”
Also you can appreciate different idioms that the job seeker speaks and if he
attach the resume in Word or PDF, ¡you can download it without any cost!
Finally the resume shows the other Job Posting that the job seeker has applied in
your Company.

You have the possibility to review the results of the Test Conductual
ByPDA and identify the profile of the Job seeker, this help you to know
the important skills about their behavior, if you want see more details, you
can download the complete report, where there is the best description of
their behavior skills and adapted of their professional position, but you
should have credits of this service to Access to it, Just click on the button
“Download the complete test”.

Talent Search
OCCMundial has a powerful talent search to find the active Job Seekers in our
data base, in case the Job seekers that apply to your Job posting don t cover
your profile, you can introduce with key words and skills of the profile.
To enter to talent Search, Justo go to home page “My activity” and in the left top of
the screen you find the next image:
Write the key Word and the system will send you to talent search. Other option
to enter is go to section “Talent” Which is in the right top, Just click on it.
You will have the first result for your search, which you can fit with the filters that
are in left side, using the necessary.
¿What kind of talent are you looking for? Start writing the skills that you
required. Is Necessary a space between each, In the case of quotation marks
you will be able to write some key Word that is essential in the resume, it can
be a Brand, Company, or some software or activity necessary, for example:
“sales”.
*You can write all the key Word or skills that are necessary, there is not limit,
make different combinations this avoid find always the same results.
It is possible use the criteria “And” “Or” and “Not”, this allows you to keep,
enlarge or quit the results with base that you required in the resume.

Account status
¿Don t you Know how many credits do you have or how have you used your
credits? Inside of sight you will find the account statement, where you will be
able appreciate all this information. In the left top of the screen, where is the
account holder, you will have the option then you must choose: account
statement.
The system shows by separate each plan that you buy, you can watch date
of contract and expiration and credits available as the detail of the consumed
items.
If you wish filters your plans, Just click on the button of the same name to
analyze it by separate or even print it constantly to see the update of your
consumption
