ENERGY MANAGEMENTFocus on reducing energy consumption of telecom industry.

India currently has 3,37,000 telecom towers which is expected to have 4,63,000 towers in next 3 years.

Each tower consumes 4000 lit of diesel every year. This means the telecom industry is expected to consume 1.8bn diesel every year.

The energy expenses is close to 20% of operators network operating expenditure.

Aim to reduce this expenditure to 15% providing clean green energy on telecom sites B y the use of wind & solar energy.
