Instructions of Vendor Load-In

Vendors must always use Security/Ambassador entrance. Entrance is located on the Right Side of the Building at the Red Star Below. (Hotel’s Front entrance

at the yellow circle)

Vendors must check-in and check-out with Security at the Top of the Loading Ramp to receive proper credentials

Vendors cannot leave vehicles at loading dock. They must move vehicles following their unloading Vendors are responsible for providing their own carts and moving equipment Vendors will utilize the Heart of House Elevators to the 2nd Floor to the Ballroom Space

Upon arrival to event space Check-in with Banquet Manager/Supervisor Plastic must be laid down on carpet for carts and pallet jacks No storage in the back halls without approval from Banquet Manager Do not bang/open doors in back hall way with carts No smoking in back hall No smoking in guests areas Smoking is only allowed at the loading dock, outside of Ambassador entrance Vacuum and clean exhibit area after set up and at teardown Check-out with Banquet Manager/Supervisor before leaving Hotel for cleaning of event space.

Please do not have vendors unload from Front Drive-Way.

Front Drive-Way is to be clear at all times for guests and emergency vehicles.
