Coaching involves delivering a one to one programme based on a pre-agreed project scope which is designed to meet a specific objective around either Business Development, Access to Finance or Innovation and IP

Training is focused on Leadership and Management topics for senior business managers and is delivered in structured classes in a group environment.

The Coaching is delivered as part of the GrowthAccelerator Programme.

Training is available on a matched funding basis from funds made available by Government to programme participants.
