Athr Real Estate LLC (Athr) was established in 2018 by an elite group of Saudi nationals with diverse backgrounds and experiences. The word “Athr” is Arabic in origin and it means “impact”, and this embodies the Founder’s aspiration to make a positive impact in the real estate industry and in the lives of those who choose to invest and work with Athr. In less than two years of its establishment, Athr managed to leave its unique mark in the real estate market in Dubai by attracting Saudi investments into the UAE. In 2019, Athr managed to reach over three million in profits and honored to have been audited by the well-known KPMG.

At Athr, we pride ourselves in wearing the hard-hat for our clients and associates; we take the lead and get involved as if it is our interest at stake. Integrity and transparency are of paramount importance to us, as we believe in creating a lifelong and dependable relationship with our clients. Although we provide a tailored service to meet each client’s needs, be it consulting, buying, selling, or maintaining properties, our focus at Athr is on real estate investments. In fact, one of our goals is to encourage and empower individuals, particularly young ones, to start investing in real estate as early as possible, even if it is on a small scale, as we believe that real estate investment is the best roadmap to cashflow, financial security and wealth.

and investing in real estate from an early stage in their lives, as well as empowering them to do

so by providing creative investment ideas, solutions, and affordable payment plans.

During the COVID19- pandemic, the Dubai government have highlighted their

skills at containing the virus and showing concern for public wellbeing. Not

safety effectively, containing the widespread of the pandemic to the best of

their ability in less than two months. This showcases Dubai’s ability to create

with numerous different religions, cuisines, and cultures. It offers high quality
