The Ten Commandments of 3G• Intended for social groups.
• Combinable with EBB and other promotions including deal of the day, unless otherwise indicated.
o Not combinable with No Single Supplement or other Groups Promos
• Follows standard contractual cancellation and no show policies.
• Does not include private events or functions.
• Not valid for meeting or incentive groups.
• $100 in resort coupons per person apply for individual spending (rules of use apply).
• Includes 1 complimentary room for every block of 5 rooms paid.
• Includes one complimentary upgrade for every 10 rooms per night paid (subject to hotel availability).
• Applicable to any room occupancies (single, double or triple).
• Complimentary room applies to the room with the lowest total value.
Note: Please check with your preferred tour operator for individual requirements pertaining to 3G.

How do the free nights work?
• It is not required to have 5 rooms in the same room category in order to receive the 6th room free.
• The free room applies to the lowest total value room for each night that there are enough rooms booked to qualify.
• Maximum number of 3 complimentary rooms given for the 3G promotion. This promotion is not combinable with other groups promotions. Once the maximum number of rooms are met, any additional paying rooms are subject to Terms and Conditions, and the parameters of the standard Group Policy.
• 1 complimentary room will be given for every 5 paying rooms every night the group meets that criteria (i.e. –When booking 5 rooms at 3 nights and 1 room at 5 nights, the omplimentary room will be awarded 3 nights). Please see examples on how free rooms are to be calculated.

How do the upgrades work?
• Maximum of two upgrades per day.
• This upgrade is given to the 10th room booked.
• Complimentary upgrades are based on availability and apply to the lowest room category with the lowest rate within the block of 10 rooms per night booked. o Upgrades may be limited to specific room categories and exclude certain suite types
1 complimentary VIP room upgrade for every 10 rooms per night booked
In the above scenario, 1 Deluxe room would be upgraded to the next category for 5 nights.
