3.2. Conditionnement et stockage
IGL-1® est vendu en poches de 1 l par carton de 10, ou en poches de 2 l par carton de 6. Conserver IGL-1® à une température comprise entre +2 °C et +8 °C à l’abri de la lumière directe. Évi-ter les températures excessives. La solution ne doit pas être congelée. La solution ne doit pas êtreutilisée si celle-ci a été/est congelée.Le produit IGL-1® est conforme à la DIR 93/42/CEE.
4. ACTIONSLa solution IGL-1®, refroidie à une température comprise entre +2 °C et +6 °C, est utilisée pour lerinçage des organes isolés immédiatement avant et/ou après le prélèvement chez le donneur. Lasolution remplit le compartiment vasculaire de l’organe pendant la préservation hypothermique.IGL-1® n’est pas destiné à être utilisée avec une machine de perfusion continue. L’administration deIGL-1® aux températures recommandées refroidit l’organe et réduit ainsi son métabolisme.

La composition d' IGL-1® est la suivante :

FORME PHARMACEUTIQUEIGL-1® est une solution limpide, stérile et apyrogène, destinée au rinçage et à la préservation hypo-thermique d’organes (rein, foie, pancréas).La solution a une osmolalité de 290 mOsm/kg, une concentration totale en Sodium de 120 mmol/L,une concentration totale en Potassium de 25 mmol/L et un pH de 7.4 à température ambiante.
3. PARTICULARITÉS CLINIQUES
3.1. Usage revendiqué
IGL-1® est destiné au rinçage et à la préservation hypothermique du rein, foie et pancréas, lors duprélèvement chez le donneur en vue du stockage, du transport et d’une éventuelle transplantationchez un receveur.

3.2. Conditionnement et stockage
IGL-1® est vendu en poches de 1 l par carton de 10, ou en poches de 2 l par carton de 6. Conserver IGL-1® à une température comprise entre +2 °C et +8 °C à l’abri de la lumière directe. Évi-ter les températures excessives. La solution ne doit pas être congelée. La solution ne doit pas êtreutilisée si celle-ci a été/est congelée.Le produit IGL-1® est conforme à la DIR 93/42/CEE.
4. ACTIONSLa solution IGL-1®, refroidie à une température comprise entre +2 °C et +6 °C, est utilisée pour lerinçage des organes isolés immédiatement avant et/ou après le prélèvement chez le donneur. Lasolution remplit le compartiment vasculaire de l’organe pendant la préservation hypothermique.IGL-1® n’est pas destiné à être utilisée avec une machine de perfusion continue. L’administration deIGL-1® aux températures recommandées refroidit l’organe et réduit ainsi son métabolisme.
