Getting StartedTo log in for the first time, visit http://www.groupconnect.com/ and click Login in the top right corner
To set your Password:
Enter your Username: [Your Email] and click “Forgot Password?”

You will be sent an email to reset your password. Be sure you can access the email associated with your account. Click the link in this email to set a new password for your account.
You will be prompted to enter a new password and confirm your new password. Then click “Send”. You can now log in to GroupConnect using this password!

The Profile Tab
From the Profile tab, you can update general information about your business. This information is visible to GroupConnect visitors, so it is important that this information stay current.
Company/Organization Contact Information• Company/Organization Name: The name of your business• Position/Title: Your position within your business• Email: The email associated with your membership. This is also your Username. This
cannot be changed from the Profile tab.• Website: Insert the URL of your website. This will create a link in your listing.• First Name: Your first name.• Middle Name: Your middle name (optional).• Last Name: Your last name.

• Phone Number: Your business contact phone number.• Alternate Phone: An additional phone number (optional).• Cell: Your business cell phone number (optional).• Toll Free: The toll free line for your business (optional).• Fax: Your business fax number (optional).• Youtube Username: If your business has a Youtube profile, you can connect it here.
Geographic InformationInclude your company's address including city, state/province, country and zip/postal code.
Trip AdvisorYou can include your Trip Advisor Location ID to connect your Trip Advisor profile with your GroupConnect listing.
Be sure to save after making any changes.
TIP! Click the Preview button to see a preview of what your listing will look like.

The Extended Profiles Tab
Use the Extended Profiles tab to add details about your company such as a description of your service, hours of operation, payment types accepted, any additional services provided, etc.

Logo and Pictures Tab
From this tab, you can upload your logo, a banner and images for a gallery. To upload imagesclick on the camera icon that says “Click to Add”

In the Edit Image Details screen, you can upload your image, add a caption and select either logo, banner or general gallery image. The recommended sized for logo and banner are shown.
Click Save to save your image.
To change an existing image, simply click “delete” under the photo you would like to change, the upload a new one following the steps above.
Recommended Sizes for Images (.jpg or .png only)
1. LOGO: 134px X 134px
2. BANNER: 250px X 150px
3. IMAGE (in general image gallery): Not larger than 1000px X 1000px

Document Tab
From the Document tab, you can add itineraries, and upload your flyer in a variety of different languages. All of these files are optional, but highly recommended if available.
TIP! Itineraries and Flyers can be uploaded in .pdf format. The size limit is 8 MB. If you need a larger size uploaded, contact us.

To upload files, click the +Add File button. From the screen that pops up, you can choose your .pdf file, upload it and add a description. Be sure to save when you're done!

Contacts Tab
The Contacts Tab will allow you to add multiple contacts to your profile. To add a new contact just click +Add Contact. The Contact Information window will open.

Fill in the contact information for the new user. You can select “Receive Quote” to allow this member to see quote requests.
TIP! If you add an email as a contact on your profile, that email cannot be used as a Username to log in, so be sure to add contacts carefully!

Finalize Your SettingsWhen you have finished updating your profile, you must SAVE (scroll to the bottom of the page). To view your updated listing you must first LOG OUT. Search for your listing on the home page by entering your City and State/Province and hit search. Scroll to find your listing.
