Job Coaching Do you have job skills (resume-writing, interviewing, professional standards, financial management) that would be useful for our teenage interns? Share them during intern training sessions (usually on Fridays)!

Skill Sharing Do you have fun skills (juggling, singing, writing poetry, fixing bikes, etc.) to share with younger youth? Come and host a workshop for our youth!

Community Cleanups Work alongside youth to help them do a Community Cleanup in their neighborhoods, parks and along local rivers.

Host a Community Service Action Project (C-SAP)! Solar Youth is all about community service! Help us by hosting a C-SAP! Identify an issue that’s important to your community and plan a service project, and we’ll supply helping hands! Our Stewards love meeting and working with others!

Teach Project Audience Every season, youth do a “Teach Project” to educate others about their C-SAP and the issue it addresses. Become an on-call audience for the youth – listening, asking questions, encouraging them, and showing them that their community cares about the work they do.

Fundraising events Host a fundraising event for Solar Youth!

Sponsor an End-of Season Celebration At the end of every season, youth also get together for a day of fun, games and food to celebrate the season that has just passed.
