Our workouts are licensed by 17,500 partners in 100 countries around the world. AQUATICS All aqua classes listed below are multi-level. Aquabata. Timed sequences of high intensity moves including strength, cardio and abdominal work creating turbulent waters! Come work at your own pace. Aqua Pump. Intervals of cardio and resistance work. Aqua Fitness. A 60-minute water class that focuses on cardio fitness, muscle conditioning, range of motion and flexibility in a smaller, more intimate learning environment. Aqua Sprint. Intense drills done in lap format, in between your favorite choreography. Splash your way into shape with an invigorating low-impact aquatic dance exercise. The workout that’s cardio- conditioning, body toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief. Hydrocore + More. NEW! Your favorite aqua intervals of cardio and resistance training with an extra focus on core! Whole Water Works. Choreographed combinations, high-intensity intervals, and toning ... this class gives you the works! Master Swim. Instructor-led swim workout. All levels welcome CYCLING Biking for Beginners. An introductory class for those eager to discover their inner athlete as they learn the basics of cycling. Family Cycle. Family Cycle is back! Appropriate for kids ages 7 and up or those tall enough to ride a bike safely. FTP Ride. Monitors Functional Threshold Power within a challenging 20-minute segment during an hour-long class. Power Cycle. A group cycling class consisting of a challenging, 60-minute ride. A workout that will surely leave you addicted! Power Cycle 45. This 45-minute class will introduce indoor cycling to new riders, including bike set up and technique, while keeping more seasoned riders challenged and motivated. (Raw Power in Motion). The stationary cycling phenomenon from down under. Group fun to great music! 50 minutes. Extended. Our RPM class with two extra tracks! 60 minutes. 75. One hour and fifteen minutes! Peak Performance Ride. Riders will train with power and improve their performance by providing in-depth results from the Stages Cycling™ power meter, used by the world’s most elite riders. MIND/BODY Advanced Yoga. Designed for the seasoned yoga student who wishes to explore Hatha yoga poses and concepts at a deeper level. Knowledge of basic yoga pose alignment, and an ability to modify, is necessary. All Level. Beginners practice alongside long-time practitioners. Asanas (yoga poses) will be introduced and deepened step by step. A combination of Tai Chi, yoga and Pilates choreographed to music that is guaranteed to lift your spirits! Breathe, Flex, Stretch. This class focuses on breathing while going through basic exercises to help lengthen and strengthen the body. Chair Yoga. A gentle yoga class that will lubricate the joints, release stress, lengthen the muscles and promote good posture and better balance. Great class for beginners! Power Yoga. Fitness based approach to Vinyasa style yoga, linking breath with powerful, flowing movements, focusing mainly on strength. Stretch Yoga. An all-level yoga class that focuses on learning poses, breathing techniques and yoga philosophy, all while improving flexibility. Yoga Flow. Vinyasa-style yoga that links breath and movement. All levels. STUDIO The workout with a punch! This high-energy, cardio training class combines moves from a range of martial arts disciplines. A total body strength training class using barbells and weighted plates. Space is limited; sign in at Concierge up to 1/2-hour prior to class. Express. Your favorite class, but just through the bicep track. Technique Workshop. Maximize your results through this session of one-on-one training focused on proper form and technique. This is a simple, athletic workout with high-intensity intervals followed by muscle conditioning that will shape and tone your entire lower body and push your fat burning systems into high gear! A low-impact group fitness workout that lets you choose just how hard you work. Using the VIVE TM balls and tubes you’ll enjoy a 55-minute workout broken into three blocks: heart fitness, functional strength and core. Express. Consists of the cardiovascular fitness tracks only. Cardio Kickboxing Express. Train like the pros with kickboxing combs, intervals, circuits, footwork and strength drills. An intensely challenging 30-minute core workout that gets you results where they count the most. Fit Over 50. This class is designed to challenge the mature adult. Low-impact activities and weighted exercises strengthen your heart and build muscle tone! This dance program lets everyone become the star of their own dance-out, with hot yet simple moves so anyone can cut loose! Total Body Conditioning (TBC). Shift your traditional workout into overdrive. A combination of core training, aerobic and circuit training blended with functional strength training segments allowing you to work at your own intensity. Exercises change weekly and classes vary based on instructor! Young at Heart. This class incorporates low-impact aerobics with resistance training/moderate sculpting moves to keep the bones and joints healthy. Appropriate for beginner exercisers. Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away!
