3Verify Grounding electrode system materials are in accordance with specifications and drawings

4Verify Grounding electrode system installation in accordance with specifications and drawings

5Verify Grounding electrode system is tested in accordance with specifications and drawings

6Verify buried/above ground grounding system conductors between equipment and grounding electrode system are installed, routed in accordance with specifications and drawings

7Verify Buried Grounding cable taps and splices are exothermically welded or connected with an approved mechanical connector, and coated in accordance with specifications and drawings

8Verify Grounding conductors between equipment and grounding electrode system are resistance tested in accordance with specifications and drawings

9Verify Grounding conductors are protected by conduit sleeves where required

10Verify Grounding connections tight, and are per specifications

11Verify Rebar Grounded per specifications

12Verify Ground conductors installed in duct banks per specifications

13Verify DCS grounding is in accordance with specifications and drawings

14Verify electrical equipment grounding is visible in accordance with OSHA

15Production to inform QC of near completion of work scope prior to demobilization for final acceptance/walkdown

16Compile and Review of completed QC package and submit
