GROUNDING AND TEMPORARY SHORT-CIRCUITING STICKFOR SECONDARY SYSTEMS (LV)

Temporary short-circuiting stickfor three fase secondary systems

Applications

Characteristics

It is very simple and practical, allowing simultaneous connection of all three phase conductors to the earth conductor, causing a short circuit with a single move.

The fixing grips are connected to the conductor by pressure springs, providing a fast installation, without damaging the conductors.

The grips linking bar has a screw in its end, making it possible to connect a conductor to the ground.

The temporary short-circuiting stick for secondary systems is used in overhead low voltage lines which are not energized, providing safety during “dead line maintenance” against electrical accidents, which may be caused by an accidental switch of the system, lightning strikes, etc.
