Welcome It’s hard to believe that 20 years have passed since we sat in a silent office with our IATA license and a pile of tickets ready to be handwritten when (if!) we made our first sale. As with any new adventure there were more than a few hairy, scary moments, but over the years we have learned what works (and just as importantly what doesn’t!), slowly working towards the winning formula that we seem to have in place on this landmark anniversary. Not surprisingly, the key factor in our success is the people, and we are very fortunate to have assembled a team of some of the very best travel professionals in the industry today. We are extremely grateful to them. With their fantastic attitude and effort, we have built up a clientele of loyal fans, some of who have introduced us to many different companies as their career has progressed. We are planning celebrations to mark the event and during the year we look forward to thanking you in person. As part of our celebratory thank yous, we are offering "20 prizes for 20 years" through our newsletters this year, the first 5 giveaways of which, start here in this issue.
