First I wash my face with cold water in morning.

Then brush my teeth & take bath .

After bath I apply Vaseline baby lotion for my hands and legs.

Before coming to frankFinn I use lotus sunscreen and a lotus fair gel to my face

After reaching I use a Himalaya face wash to clean my face

I use lakme foundation for base.

Then I use lakme compact powder.

I use MAC eye shadow and VOV blush-on

I use lakme lipstick and a lip-gloss.

I use lakme eyeliner, kajal and mascara

I use hair gel to set my hairs.

After make up I use translucent powder of lakme for a final touch up

After returning home first I use makeup remover and wash my face with Himalaya face wash.

Then I rub my face with a cold doodhi juice to prevent from tanning.

I use Vaseline body lotion to my body which helps my skin breath while I am sleeping

Once in week I apply skin and hair packs and bleach once in a month.

Dry skin has a low level of sebum and can be prone to sensitivity. The skin has a parched look caused by its inability to retain moisture. It usually feels "tight" and uncomfortable after washing unless some type of moisturizer or skin cream is applied. Chapping and cracking are signs of extremely dry, dehydrated skin. CausesThe oil glands do not supply enough lubrication to the skin. As a result, the skin becomes dehydrated. Skin gets exposed to the elements especially in winter. Dry skin could be due to a genetic condition. Poor diet. Nutritional deficiencies, can also contribute to dry skin.

Oily skin is shiny, thick and dull colored. Often a chronically oily skin has coarse pores and pimples and other embarrassing blemishes. It is prone to blackheads. In this type of skin, the oil producing sebaceous glands are overactive and produce more oil than is needed. Normal skin has an even tone, soft, a smooth texture, no visible pores or blemishes, and no

greasy patches or flaky areas. This type of skin has a clear, fine-textured, supple and smooth

surface which is neither greasy nor dry. It glows with an inner health which stems from good

blood circulation and excellent health. Skin Care for Normal Skin

The only care this skin requires is cleaning it twice a day with a mild baby soap and water

and toned with something mild, like rose water. At night, to keep your skin's normal moisture-

balance apply a thin film of home-made moisturizer.

A sensitive skin is a thin or a fine-textured skin. It reacts quickly to both heat and cold;

therefore, it sunburns and windburns easily. It is commonly dry, delicate and

prone to allergic reactions. If you have this type of skin, use sun-screen lotions or creams. Choose products that do not contain potential allergens such as

I have an oily skin. My skin is shiny and thick due to oily skin I have an

occasional acne and black heads. For my skin care I special cleansing with

plenty of hot water and soap to prevent the pores from being clogged. Avoid

harsh products that strip your skin of oil and encourage flakiness. Use a light

antiseptic night cream from time to time if you wish, and apply a clarifying mask one

or two times a week.

Half an hour before taking bath I apply half teaspoon each of lime and cucumber

juice mixed together on my face.

1] Take 2 slice of orange. Deseed them apply the pulp of orange on face in circular manner covering the face & neck area. Allow it to dry & rinse it after 5 mins.

2] Maida 1 tspn, besan 1 tspn, a pinch of turmeric powder , half teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tspn honey, mix it properly. Apply towards hair direction and rub it off don’t rinse.

1] glycolic peel- apply sugarcane juice on face . After sometime rinse it with lukewarm water

2] Slit a tomato. Put fine granulated sugar. scrub it. Good for oily skin. It play role of toners as

well as astringent

Udad dal powder put malai/rosewater/cucumber juice. Make a paste. Take I pinch turmeric powder. 1

teaspoon of red sandalwood powder and mix it and apply on face. This is an ideal pack for

winter

Take 2 tablespoon of talcum powder.

Take 6 caps full of hydrogen peroxide.

Take 1 teaspoon of bleaching powder.

Mix this thoroughly and apply with applicator brush.

Apply on hands, legs, feet towards the hair direction.

Once the bleach dries just rinse the bleach part with talcum powder.

I have frizzy hair. frizz is breakage that occurs in wavy or curly hair. This

breakage may be caused by vigorous combing or

brushing of the hair especially when wet. I use

frizz control product to stop frizzy hair A good cut is

very important to control frizzy hair. I also use a

deep conditioner at least once a week

2 teaspoon coconut oil

1 teaspoon of olive oil

1/2 teaspoon of caster oil

Mix this in steel bowl.

Then put this on low flame to be heated.

Once heated remove bowl and apply on scalp .cover hair with cap for 1 hour. And then shampoo your hair.

Mustard oil 1 teaspoon

Coconut oil 1 teaspoon

Heat this oil on low flame and then apply on scalp.

Shampoo after 1 hour.

Take 1 cup curd mix the mashed overripe banana.

Apply this pack on hair and scalp.

Take good quality mehndi .strain the powder in iron vessel. Add small amount of Kath for color, coffee powder, 1 egg and black tea. Add one lemon juice in tea and trifala powder 1 table spoon.

Leave this mixture overnight and apply in morning and rinse scalp after 1 to 1½ hours. Never allow mehndi to dry on scalp. Do not shampoo or condition same day. After hairs dry apply mustard oil. Next day shampoo and condition

Some exercise will help to gain weight such as weight training where extra muscle mass adds to the body weight. Other exercise like running and

cycling will burn calories and without extra calories you will lose weight, not gain weight. Remember though, that weight training raises your metabolic rate, so you will require more

calories to maintain any weight gained through added muscle. A combination of proper diet,

weight gain shakes and exercise for weight gain will maximize healthy weight gain with added

pounds of muscle.

In step aerobics, your workout travels vertically rather than horizontally. You place a step of four to ten inches in height before you, and the routine is arranged so that students step up and down to the music. By working out two or three times a week with weights, women can lose 3.5 pounds of fat and put on 1.75 pounds of muscle. Although your scale will show a loss of 1.75 pounds per week, you'll immediately notice that your clothes are fitting better—or maybe even falling off! Muscle weighs more than fat, so even the muscle you gain will take up less space than the fat you lose. And you'll look toned, nut bulky: the hormones that create bunchy muscles in men are present in women, but in numbers between ten and thirty times less than in men. So, women don't need to worry about becoming hulks, even when they train hard. Isn't that wonderful!Aside from looking wonderful, the muscle you gain from strength training will make your body burn calories faster. It's a win-win situation, as for each pound of muscle you put on will burn another 35 or 40 calories per day. If you gain five pounds in muscle (and then you will also have lost about ten pounds in fat!), you'll be burning another 175 calories a day, which will come out to 5,250 calories per month, which means your body will be burning another 1.5 pounds of fat per month without you're having to increase your exercise or reduce your eating. After a year, you will have lost another eighteen pounds of fat just because your metabolism will have increased.

Balance, nimble footwork, and an unshakable sense of balance await those who pick up a jump rope and practice. With time you will get faster, fancier, and perhaps even think of some nimble ways to challenge yourself even further.

In addition to the fun and the fact that you are able to exercise virtually anytime and anywhere, the fact that your heart rate is gotten up and kept there on a continuous basis makes this a wonderful aerobic exercise indeed. Begin by stretching, especially your feet and ankles, and then do a few warm up exercises so that you will not harm your muscles. If you exercise inside, make sure you have enough headroom and enough room behind you, so that you lamps and furniture do not get roped by mistake. Wear good shoes and have fun, but do not overdo it! If your body warns you to stop, listen! In addition, since this is high impact exercise, pay close attention.

CONCENTRATIVE MEDITATIONConcentrative meditation focuses the attention on the breath, an image, or a sound (mantra), in order to still the mind and allow a greater awareness and clarity to emerge.

The simplest form of concentrative meditation is to sit quietly and focus the attention on the breath. Yoga and meditation practitioners believe that there is a direct correlation between one`s breath and one`s state of the mind. For example, when a person is anxious, frightened, agitated, or distracted, the breath tends to get shallow, rapid, and uneven. On the other hand, when the mind is calm, focused, and composed, the breath is slow, deep, and regular. Focusing the mind on the continuous rhythm of inhalation and exhalation provides a natural object of meditation. As you focus your awareness on the breath, your mind becomes absorbed in the rhythm of inhalation and exhalation. As a result, your breathing will become slower and deeper, and the mind becomes more tranquil and aware.
