Ms. Risa Sugarman Chief Enforcement Counsel NYS Board of Elections 40 North Pearl St Albany, NY 12207 September 1, 2015 Dear Ms. Sugarman, I am writing to file a complaint against the Friends of Alex Gromack, Account # C19500. The Friends of Alex Gromack, Account # C19500, is for Mr. Gromack’s campaign for Town Supervisor in Clarkstown, NY. The Friends of Alex Gromack, Account # C19500, routinely reports unitemized expenditures and when you look at the filings going back to 2011 there are tens of thousands of dollars of unitemized expenditures. I have attached a listing of all the Unitemized Expenses and all items for payments to Chase Credit Services going back to the July 2011 Financial Disclosure Report. There is a pattern of payments for unitemized expenditures and charges to a Chase Credit throughout these reports. When you look at all of the expenditures for the Friends of Alex Gromack and see payments in the thousands to the Apple Store, payments to Bed Bath & Beyond and IKEA it raises questions if the campaign account is being used to supplement Mr. Gromack’s lifestyle. Please let me know what course of action your office will undertake to clear up this pattern of abuse. Sincerely, Brendan Quinn PO Box 2074 Wilton, NY 12831

Dear Ms. Sugarman,

I am writing to file a complaint against the Friends of Alex Gromack, Account # C19500.

Sincerely,

Brendan QuinnPO Box 2074Wilton, NY 12831
