Who are the Grimm Brothers?• The Brothers Grimm (Jacob and Whilhelm) were

German academics, linguists and cultural researchers, which collected the old folk tales and published several collections of folk- and fairy tales, called Grimm's Fairy Tales, which subsequently became very popular.

• The first collection of fairy tales Children's and Household Tales was published in 1812 and it contained more than 200 fairy tales.
