Before consulting, Greg managed several UK operations for multinational companies including: Siemens, GKN and TRW (the latter being a JIT sequenced delivery satellite plant) and has extensive experience in both green and brown field site development as well as large capital projects. Modern manufacturing, people flexibility and visual management philosophies have been applied to all. Greg has a background in automotive manufacturing management with Ford Motor Co and Jaguar Cars and trained by Nissan in factory management and cell design. Expertise:
