Before consulting, Greg managed several UK operations for multinational companies including: Siemens, GKN and TRW (the latter being a JIT sequenced delivery satellite plant) and has extensive experience in both green and brown field site development as well as large capital projects. Modern manufacturing, people flexibility and visual management philosophies have been applied to all. Greg has a background in automotive manufacturing management with Ford Motor Co and Jaguar Cars and trained by Nissan in factory management and cell design. Expertise:

Created ‘Fusionworx’ business management software and designed the Lean4Green carbon reduction process. Developed a post graduate course in Strategic Lean Deployment with Harper Adams University for senior business leaders Introduced 5S and theatre throughput improvements to Lourdes Hospital plus 6 months applying Lean techniques into Burtons Foods and Cadburys (saving over £2M annually) 6 months introducing Lean principles into 3 locations of LloydsTSB (lean awareness for 300 people). Developing and launching Lean Software (incorporating: 5S, People flexibility, KPI performance and visual management elements), coaching an MD designate for a multinational electronics company in Ireland, managing the turnaround of Alcan’s UK foil rolling operation and coaching management and teams on BMW’s CIPD award winning WinGs (Working-in-Groups) programme.
