GREETING When we meet someone we know, we usually greet him/her whatever formal/informal. The informal greeting are: Hi, Hello, etc The formal greeting are: good morning/evening/…. Etc After we greet someone, we usually ask someone’s condition, we use: How are you, how is life, how is getting on, how is everything, how are thing, etc To end up the conversation, we usually leave taking, we use: see you, see you later, bye, etc Example: Rina : Hi, Rina, long time no see. How is everything? Rani : hi, girl,… good, everything are so good for me. Yeah,… long time no see you. But so sorry, my mother is waiting for me at home. I have to go now. Rina : it doesn’t matter, Rani. Nice to meet you Rani : nice to meet you too. bye INTRODUCING To introduce someone to others, w can use the following expression: 1. Greeting by saying: Good.....
