Teach a Cross face Cradle from top position. Teach, Demonstrate, Drill.

Teach the wrestlers how to do BLAST OUTS. On the whistle & (LIVE) do about 8 blast outs for each wrestler. 10 sec goes. The primary objective is to get away.3rd Day for live wrestling: Be careful in how you pair them up. Start in the circle have them wrestle live on their feet 8 X 30 sec goes. Have them wrestle on the mat 8 X 20 sec goes (change top & bottom each time)

Teach a Sit out to a SIDE ROLL from bottom (emphasize wrist control). Finish the side roll in a (Peterson Position) Teach, Demonstrate, Drill.

Please tell all your wrestlers that we will have practice on Friday and that it is very important for them to be in attendance
