Dispatch eventually received call from Shelburne Control, advising elderly female had been found at daughter's workplace in Greenfield. Nothing further needed.

RP Patenaude advised that she has received 20 phone calls from his number since early this morning 0430 hours. She reported that the last call from Singley's phone number was 1645 hours with a message left as playing "the Nutcracker suite" song and the person breathed into the phone two times. Placed a call to Mr. Singley for further investigation.

SHELBURNE CONTROL CALLED ADVISING OF AN ERRATIC OPERATION HEADING NORTH BOUND ON 5&10 IN DEERFIELD. THE VEHICLE WAS REPORTED SPEEDING UP AND SLOWING DOWN ON THE HIGHWAY. OFFICERS SENT.

Narrative: assisted 144, 147 and MPD on scene with the motor vehicle stop. spoke with the RP who remained on scene. RP states they were behind the involved vehicle on 91N just prior to exit 24 with their cruise control on 70mph. RP states that they went to pass the involved vehicle but the vehicle sped up in the travel lane and nearly struck a TT unit on the highway. RP called to report the vehicle's erratic behavior and followed it off 91N at exit 24. RP continued to follow the vehicle on Rt 5&10 where they observed it nearly

striking a telephone pole and traveling at a high rate of speed. MPD located and stopped the vehicle crossing the bridge from Montague City Rd in Greenfield into Montague. No action taken by MPD. GPD officers spoke with operator and occupant of the involved vehicle based on the RP's reports but due to lack of officer's observation, the involved vehicle was let go.
