Unpack the Green Ox® & Box Kit.

Box should contain:

(1) Top Tray(1) Bottom Tray(4) Sides(4) Corners (1) Green Ox® Pallet

Push tray locking flaps out.

Place the bottom tray upside down.

3.

Place the pallet upside down on the bottom tray in-between the locking flaps.

4.

Place the flap lock into the slots on the pallet.Push firmly on the lock to insert. Repeat on each side.

5.

Turn the pallet and tray over and place on the floor.

6.

Take the corner pieces and fold them to a 90-degree angle.

Place the corner in the pallet. Hold it with one hand while placing one side wall into the pallet.

Fold the locking tab over into the slot to secure the corner to the side wall.

9.

Once your items are loaded into the box, slide the remaining side wall into place from the top. Use the locks on both sides to secure the wall in place.

Place the top tray on top of the four walls to close the Green Ox® & Box.

13.

Place the other wall into the corner and secure it using the top locks. Repeat using the other side wall.

10.

Fill the Green Ox® & Box with your items. We recommend using the full area of the tray when loading to lock the side walls tighter.

Once the top is in place, secure the Green Ox® & Box with nylon strapping, stretch wrap, or security tape.
