GREEN HOUSE AGRICULTURAL FILM INTRODCUTION A greenhouse is a facility providing a controlled environment for growing crops, wherein the crops are protected from too much heat or cold. This is due to transparent covering material, commonly agricultural film, which is able to retain heat from solar radiation. The space in the greenhouse also prevent heat loss convection. There are few types of green houses commonly used are glass, polycarbonate and polyethylene films. Polyethylene films are commonly used as agricultural films for greenhouses due to its relatively good optical properties. However the lack in polyethylene is major drawback for the use of the agricultural film, as it needs to withstand harsh environmental conditions such as strong wind and heavy rain and for Polycarbonate the disadvantages are prone to scratching and the flutes in the twin wall can attract moisture, mould and bugs (if not sealed sufficiently in the frame). Based on prior art search, there are few agricultural film with different composition has been disclosed but still have low mechanical properties and need to be replaced from time to time. Therefore there is a need to improve optical and mechanical properties. BioAgUV coating lacquer with complex Nano-materials is an effective UV blocker for agricultural greenhouse film. The BioAgUV lacquer has provided the agricultural greenhouse film its unique properties such as light diffusion, stabilization against UV breakdown, blocking of ultra violet radiation, disease limitation effect with others. Some of the features of the said invention are as follows: - High efficiency in retarding UV light & photo degradation. Filter UV radiation – reduces the vision of the pests like whiteflies, plant louses, miners etc. & helps prevention of fungal diseases & viruses. Optimized optical properties: high light transmittance & high light diffusion in PAR (Photosynthetic Active Radiation) range , enhancing plant growth under difference climate conditions.
