I. Cambodia National Green Growth Roadmap
Green Growth Roadmap lays out seven key priority accesses:
1. Access to water resources management and sanitation;
2. Access to food security (agriculture) and non‐chemical products;
3. Access to sustainable land‐use;4. Access to renewable energy
and energy efficiency; 5. Access to information and
knowledge; 6. Access to means for better
mobility and 7. Access to finance and
investments.3
II. Partnership for Inclusiveness in Green Development
O The GSGG led by H.E.Dr. CHHUN Vannak cooperated with the public institutions, all development partners and multistakeholders: to develop the Rio+20 National Report on Cambodia’s Sustainable Development & for inclusive green growth implementation in the country.

III. Green Growth Institutionalization
O The Government has established National Council on Green Growth (NCGG)by the Royal Decree 2012; General Secretariat for Green Growth (GSGG) by the Sub-Decree.
O NCGG with the assistance of the GSGG: to decide upon policy, strategy, action plan and programs;
O GSGG roles: to prepare policy, strategy, action plan, programs and law for the NCGG and coordinate the implementation of green growth at the national and subnational level.

IV. National Policy on Green Growth
to strike balance of economic development with environment, society, culture and sustainable use of national resources through integration, matching and adaptation, as well as harmonization between a green growth principle and national policy.To enhance the well-being and livelihood of all people in harmonization with ecological safety through green growth, basing on green economy, blue economy, environment protection, social safety nets system and uphold of national cultural identity.

O Green Environment refers to good and clean environmet without pollutants through clean development, non-polluting environment, maintaining quality of water, quality of land and air and ecosystem safety, by ensuring food safety, managing national resources, forestry, water resources, and landuse.

(Cont’)O Green Economy: development of an
economy with efficiency in using natural resources, environment sustainability, green jobs, green technology, and economic reform, green encouragement, green tax, green finance, green credit and microfinance.

(Cont’)O Green Society: refers to an individual
or person with understanding, knowledge, experience and Professional skill in green growth by actively participating in harmonization among four pillars, economy, environment, society and culture.

institutes constructed by green building and constructions, and being equipped with green technology to serve as a center of educating, study, research and analysing data, as well as information related to green growth, sustainable development, green economy, blue economy, green information technology, and green human capital to reaching green civilization.

V. Priorities for Future Green Growth
We need donors’ financial and technical assistance in the following priorities:OEstablish the Green Growth Focal PointODevelop the Indicators on National Green Growth’ for measuring the performances of economy, environment, society and culture.OMobilize financial resources for the implementation of national policy and strategy on green growth;ODevelop ‘National Action Plan on Green Growth’

Economy Principles’O Increase green investments in technology,
green building, green infrastructure, energy, water, food processing, wastewater treatment, eco-tourism, agriculture, ecosystem, etc.
O Increase access to green financing through green entrepreneurship; green social responsibility

ConclusionO Use an Inclusive Green Growth approach to
achieve the Broader National Social Protection Framework of the Government, i.e. Social Safety Nets, Social Development, Economic Development and Disaster Management, to eradicate poverty, increase harmony with nature from development; increase green development resilient to climate change for long-term economic growth;
O Increase awareness & capacity building on inclusiveness on the inclusive green growth
