4. IMPLEMENTATION
To accelerate achievement of GHG emission
reduction, is supported by 30:30 commitment
which signed by DKI Jakarta Governor : a
commitment to reduce energy, water and GHG
Emissions each by 30% in 2030.

Grand Design Green Building Targets:
Electric energy savings of 3,785 GWh can be used to
illuminate more than 32 thousand units House / Flats 1300
W until 2030
Water energy savings of 2,4 billion liter equal with water
consumption for > 1100 unit houses/flats until 2030
CO2 emission reduction 3,37 million ton CO2e equal
with CO₂ reduction from 815.000 trees planted until 2030
