All roads lead to Greater Springfield...Greater Springfield has been designed to be accessed from all 4 directionsNorth, South, East and West.
• Brisbane and the inner city fringe suburbs can be accessed to the north, within a drive time of 32 minutes via the Centenary Highway.
• Greenbank, Logan City and Jimboomba are accessible to the south via the Springfield Greenbank Arterial and Mt Lindsay Highway.
• Southport and the Gold Coast are accessed to the east by the Logan Motorway and can be reached within a 50 minute drive time.
• Ipswich, Ripley Valley, Toowoomba, Ebenezer (twice thesize of any other industrial area in close proximity to Brisbane) and the inland port of Purga are accessible to the west via the Centenary and Warrego Highway.
• Port of Brisbane and Brisbane Airport are accessible, without having to through any traffic lights, via the Logan and Gateway Motorway.
• In February 2011, the State Government committed to extend the railway from Richlands to Springfield through the establishment of two railway stations by 2013.
