We must reserve the right to pass on anyincreases in costs that are outside our control, e.g., VAT.

l It is always our intention to operate an excursion in accordancewith the published itinerary but we must reserve the right tocancel or amend any excursion, should circumstances make thisnecessary, either prior to or during an outing. Wealways make a special effort to help disabled customers and ifyou tell us about your disability before you book, it will help usto help you. Our drivers are happy to provide general assistanceto passengers but will not be expected to provide assistance thatextends to the bodily lifting and carrying of any passengers, norto act as carers for any customer during the tour. Two front seatsare reserved for a Registered Disabled passenger and theircompanion on each tour. We are happy to transport wheelchairsand scooters, at your own risk, as we cannot be held responsiblefor any damage to them. Due to Health & Safety legislation,passengers are wholly responsible for loading and unloading,assembling and dismantling their scooters (into no more thanfive pieces) and each piece must weigh less than 40 lbs.

l In order to comply with Health & Safety Regulations, anycustomer wishing to board the coach with items other thannormal hand luggage or suitcases, must obtain authorisationfrom us at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refusepermission to board if we consider a passenger has any items orequipment that will be detrimental to the health and safety ofour staff and/or other customers. Our drivers are not permittedto take any action that may put at risk their health, safety,welfare or the legal requirements for a break in duty.

l Mobile phones: If you must use a mobile whilst on the coach,then please keep your conversation as quiet and as brief aspossible to avoid distracting your driver and to minimise anydisturbance to other passengers.

l Complaints: If you have a complaint during a tour, pleaseinform our driver in the first instance and he/she will do his/herbest to assist you. If you wish to make further representation onyour return, please write to us within 21 days after the date oftravel. We regret we cannot deal with any complaints receivedlater than this time.

l Coach Seating: Seat numbers are usually allocated in order ofbooking but two front seats are held for ‘Registered Disabled’passengers. We reserve the right to alter seating arrangementswhere necessary and please note that you may not smoke whilston board. All passengers must wear a seat belt where oneis available.

l Coach Tickets: You will need to give your ticket to the driverwhen you board. Admission tickets for shows, concerts, etc. willnormally be given to you by the driver during the journey.

l Child Fares: Usually apply from age 3 to age 16, but age limitsvary on some tours. Children under 3 can usually travel free if theydo not require a seat on the coach. We do not allow childrenunder 16 to travel without an adult.

l Meeting Friends: We always try to park in a convenient, centrallocation but it is not always possible and sometimes arrangementshave to be amended on the day. We suggest you plan to meet ata suitable well-known landmark or café, or exchange mobilephone numbers!

l Departure Times: During your journey, your driver will giveinstructions regarding the time of departure from each stop. Pleasemake sure you note these details carefully as the driver will haveto leave without you if you are late, to avoid inconvenience to theother passengers. In this event, we will not be liable for any costsyou incur.

l Travelling Abroad: Passports will be required for any excursionsto Europe and we advise non EC citizens to check with theappropriate Embassy regarding any additional visa requirements.Due to weight restrictions, there will be limits to the amount ofgoods you can bring home and our drivers will advise you ofthese limits on the date of travel. Passengers are recommended tobe in possession of a European Health Insurance Card. We reservethe right to change the method of cross Channel travel at anytime.

l Your Health: We recommend you consult your doctor beforeundertaking a coach journey of more than 3 hours if you haveever had DVT or pulmonary embolism; a family history of clottingconditions; an inherited tendency to clot; cancer, or treatment forcancer in the past; undergone major surgery in the last 3 months;had hip or knee replacement within the last 3 months; eversuffered from a stroke, heart or lung disease.

l Pets: No animals, other than guide and hearing dogs, may becarried on our coaches.

l Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, you will needto telephone us first and you must then return your ticket(s) to usfor any refund that may be due. Cancellations can only beaccepted during office hours and charges are determined fromthe time that the Firm receives written notification of thecancellation. We charge a fee to cover administration and othercosts and the following scale of charges will apply:

Up to 48 hours before departure 20% of total paidLess than 48 hours before departure 50% of total paidLess than 24 hours before departure No refund

l Please note: No refund will be given for any meal, theatreticket, admission charges etc.which are included in the ticketprice and are not recoverable by us.
