Additions, Amendments and Deletions to the 2020 rates manual include:

GENERAL - Our reservations terms and conditions have been updated. - Deposits for confirmed reservations are now non-refundable. This applies to all new reservations made from 01 February 2019 onward for all guests travelling after 01 March 2019. - There have been updates to child ages accepted at some camps. Please refer to the invidual camp pages below for the correct ages. - Our Zimbabwean camps are now included in our Green and Shoulder season periods. - Botswana Green and Shoulder season offers have been updated. - The Great Plains Foundation Conservation levy is to be renamed “The Great Plains Foundation Conservation & Community levy” - For all new reservations made as from 18 November 2019 this levy increases to $50 per person per night at all Great Plains Conservation camps. This is in addition to any park or reserve fee that may be

applicable.

KENYA- The brand new 2-bedroom Family Suite and 2-bedroom Mara Nyika Suite will be available at Mara Nyika Camp as from June 2020. OCTOBER 2019

- Scenic and direct helicopter transfer rates between Nairobi Wilson and Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to our Kenyan camps now included in this manual.NOVEMBER 2019

- Scenic and direct helicopter transfer rates between Nairobi Wilson and Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to our Kenyan camps were originally relecting as Seat in Helicopter which was incorrect. They are Per Helicopter rates and have been rectified accordingly.

- Mara Nyika Camp will no longer feature the 2 bedroom Family unit following its reopening on 1 June 2020. The camp will then consist of 5 Guest Suites and a 2 bedroom Mara Nika Jahazi Suite.

ZIMBABWEMPALA JENA CAMP & MPALA JENA SUITE

- Heli The Falls offer - Guests staying minimum two nights automatically receive a complimentary one way helicopter transfer from/to Elephant Hills Hotel helipad and Mpala Jena Camp or Mpala Jena Suite. Guests transferred by road to / from Victoria Falls International Airport to the helipad. JUNE 2019 - Sapi Explorers Camp validity has been updated and corrected.

JULY 2019 - Mpala Jena Camp and Mpala Jena Suite are now proud members of Relais & Chateaux.

SEPTEMBER 2019 - Sapi Springs Camp has been closed indefinitely going forward. Exact reopening dates and designs will be communicated at a yet to be confirmed later date. The camp rates have therefore been removed from

this rates manual.NOVEMBER 2019 - Sapi Explorers Camp will reopen 1 April 2020, and not 15 March 2020 as previously advised. - 2020 Intercamp seat in plane scheduled flying rates have now been updated and are available to book.

BOTSWANA SELINDA ADVENTURE TRAIL- This safari experience was discontinued in 2019 and will no longer available in 2020. Duba Explorers Camp, in the northern Okavango, offers canoeing and mekoro for much of the year (subject to water levels), and out Selinda Explorers Camp offers canoeing, when water levels permit, along the Selinda SpillwayJUNE 2019 - Selinda Camp and Selinda Suite now added to notes section of the Stay 6 / Fly Free special offer.

DUBA PLAINS CONCESSION- The northern sector of the Duba Plains concession, where Duba Explorers Camp is located, is distinctly different and separate from the central section of the concession where the Duba Plains Camp and Duba Plains Suite are located. Each area is different scenically and also varied in terms of the abundant wildlife viewing opportunities on offer at each. Guests staying at either camp cannot access, drive or reach the

other area.

GREAT PLAINS CONSERVATION CHILD POLICYThese general guidelines apply to all of the Great Plains Conservation properties concerning children and families where applicable:

- Families at all our camps will be on shared activities with other guests. - The minimum age requirement for walking and canoeing is 12 years in all camps. - Children 15 and younger must share a room with at least one adult. - Each of our camps has a unique child policy based on the size, location and structure of the camp. The child sharing rates are based on the allowable number of children that a property’s specific room can

accommodate. Please refer to the individual camp pages for guidance on how child rates are charged. - We evaluate each booking to ensure we deliver the best possible safari experience to all our guests in camp. - Our camps are located in wildlife zones that are not fenced in and there are no child care facilities in our camps. Parents/guardians must be watchful of and responsible for their children at all times.

ZIMBABWE FLYING SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Flight clearances require 24 hours and therefore we require at least 24 hours’ notice to be able to commit to a flight. The flight is subject to the relevant aircraft availability and flight clearance being obtained. - We can accept no responsibility for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, mechanical breakdowns, diversions due to weather or any other cause. However, we will endeavour to rectify the

situation to the best of our ability. - We reserve the right to sub charter third party aircraft should we not be able to provide our own aircraft. - The flight is strictly subject to runway conditions and serviceability. If the destination airport/ airstrip is unsuitable for our aircraft for any reason, we will divert to the nearest alternative airport/ airstrip. - The quotation is subject to availability at the time of confirmation. - Prices are based on current fuel pricing and applicable government taxes in Zimbabwe. An escalation in fuel and/or taxes will influence the price and we reserve the right to adjust the prices quoted without

prior notification. - The air transfers indicated in this rates manual operate daily, with a minimum 2 passengers. The schedule is subject to change, depending on confirmed seats per route, weather, airstrip conditions and

mechanical issues beyond our control. Any guest arriving less than 30 minutes before the stipulated departure time may have their seat cancelled to avoid knock-on effects with the schedule for the remainder of the day. All flights operate during daylight hours as many of the airstrips are unlit.

- We accept no responsibility for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical breakdowns, diversions due to weather or any other cause. For this reason, we recommend that all guests overnight in Victoria Falls or Harare prior to and after their safaris in Zimbabwe.

- Comprehensive Medical and Travel Insurance is a requirement as per our standard terms and conditions. This cover must be taken by guests at the time of confirmation and not prior to departing on their travels. We cannot be held responsible for missed onward connections or having to overnight passengers due to unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, we will offer alternative means of transport if weather or mechanical breakdown prevents the plane from taking off. Additional services and forced overnight stays may be for the guest’s own account.

- During Zimbabwe’s rainy season (typically November to April) certain airstrips may be out of service. In these cases, the closest alternative airstrip will be used. As mentioned previously it is imperative that passengers have adequate Travel Insurance to cover cancelled flights, costs of alternative accommodations/arrangements and possible missed onward connections.

- Payments for flying services are governed by our standard payment policy which is available on request. - Air transfers cancelled more than 14 days prior to departure date incur no cancellation fee. - If air transfers are cancelled within 14 days prior to travel, 100% of total fare is liable.
