How Can I Purchase a Franchise?

A Reservation fee of 20% of the purchase price is required from franchisees desiring to purchase a city or country franchise; franchisees can choose a destination among the major destinations listed below.

After we franchised the first 15 sites we will launch and franchisees will be asked to pay the balance (100% ‐ 20% discount ‐ 20% reservation fee paid).

Escrow Payment

The Reservation fee is payable to an Escrow account at www.escrow.com In the unlikely situation where the required 15 franchises not be reached by September 30th 2009 escrow.com will refund the reservation fee to franchisees (minus any third party fee that may apply; such as transfer fee from paypal, credit card, bank, etc.) Escrow Account Terms: After receipt of you interest YibaYiba will send you the escrow terms through escrow.com. What is in for YibaYiba? Our main objective is to expand quickly and remain a lean operation. Franchising our business allows us to concentrate on what we love, developing new services and concept and provide those to our franchise network. Additional services & content increase franchisees income thus increase our own income as we receive a royalty fee. The local touch provided by our franchisees benefits us both. Franchisees benefit from our skills and experience, from a ready to start business and we benefit from their success! Fair and Square!

Is it profitable? It is and will be. Just look again on page 30, Based on extremely very low sales the income generated is already attractive.

With the targeted contents and services offered the sign‐up rate should be much higher. Your involvement in promoting the business will also add generate additional sales and traffic.

Is it so easy to manage? Very easy! We have done the hard and complicated part! We provide you with training on the simple aspects of editing the site correctly, then hand over it over to you.

What training do you give? Upon joining the group, you will of course receive comprehensive training in operating the website admin systems, marketing techniques and methodologies. It is very easy and will take only a few hours to one day at most, depending on your computer knowledge. Basically the only things to learn will be to write in the forum (very easy), and to ad adverts you sold to your own clients on the desired space on the site (again very easy).

What is my cost? The franchise cost is the only cash payment you have to make; the only other cost is the royalty fee which we deduct directly. We do not charge any monthly fees, no hosting cost, and have no hidden cost.

Do I need to employ staff? It is really up to you and not needed. The business can be managed from home or can be office based. You can start managing the business by yourself and when you are more familiar with your market decide on how to expand further.

I have customer who wants to buy adverting space on my franchise? What is the process? You can set your own advertising sale price. You keep 100% of the sale price you charge your customers wanting to advertise on your site and they will pay the fees directly to you.

You can either let the customer provide you with his own advertising design, have it done by any professional you select, or we can have it made for you at a pre‐agreed cost. You are totally free to choose.

Support Would you need any modifications or additional features to better suit your specific market, our development department is there to listen to your needs.

What happens after the 10‐year franchise period is finished? You are entitled to renew the franchise agreement for unlimited additional periods subject to the same terms and conditions. The franchise price will also remain unchanged. You may also re‐sell the franchise at any time providing the buyer signs the same franchise agreement.

When will you launch phase‐2? No preset date has been fixed yet, it will be within 1 to 3 months after launching the first 15 destinations

Can I purchase more then 1 destination?

Yes you can, providing you are familiar with each destination

What I am not allowed to do as a franchisee?Only a limited number of things are forbidden: ‐ You must use the site name in any advertising and/or promotions you choose to make. ‐ You can not use spam, opt‐in mail list is ok to use in your newsletter. ‐ You can not sell advert selling or promoting any illegal products, porn sites, casino, gambling sites, and racism sites. Neither can you purchase advertising from said sources. ‐ You can not write any violent, racism or illegal content. ‐ You ca not sell any fake or copy items on the site. That’s all.
