Your organization has the opportunity for high visibility at the Geothermal Resources Council’s 41st Annual Meeting scheduled for October 1-4, 2017, at the Salt Palace Convention Center, Salt Lake City, UT, USA. Below are sponsorship opportunities for organizations looking for heightened exposure at the 2017 GRC Annual Meeting. All Sponsors’ logos will appear on GRC’s website until after the event. Sponsored events begin September 28, 2017.

GRC International Luncheon - $2,500 Monday, October 2, 12:00 noon – 1:30 pm

The GRC International luncheon creates an outstanding opportunity for your organization to network with delegations from various countries and learn about emerging global geothermal issues.

• Ten minute speaking opportunity.• Acknowledgment and signage displayed at the event and in

the GRC Brochures and logo on website.• Entry and lunch for two representatives from your

organization.

Hosting the GRC Night Out At The Museum Mixer - $500 Monday Night, October 2(Limit 12 Sponsors) Goal $6,000

A great opportunity to network with different people in the geothermal industry.

• Acknowledgment and signage displayed at the event and in the GRC Brochures and logo on website, event signage,

Monday or Tuesday Lunch Buffet - $5,000October 2-3 from 12pm-1:30pm(Limit 2 per day)

Student Raffle - Items or monetary donationsOctober 1-4

Profits from the raffle will be used to support our student members. This includes, for example, providing access to webinar seminars or workshops to discuss hot topics, fund the upcoming GRC student competition, and supporting funderaising for field trips and other student activities during the year.
