Landowners are encouraged to plant native trees and shrubs to help reduce pollution, provide shade, lower home energy costs, increase the value of your property, improve the appearance of our community and pro- vide wildlife habitat. Deadline for orders is 4:00 p.m. - Friday, September 19 th Order forms and a complete list of trees and shrubs being offered can be found at www.gravenhurst.ca or at the municipal office at 3-5 Pineridge Gate. Ballot kits will contain Voting Instructions with attached Declaration Form (with postage paid reply stamp) Ballot White Ballot Secrecy Envelope Yellow Election Return Envelope (contains two (2) windows) Instructions: In the privacy of their own home, the voter casts his or her vote following these instructions: 1. Completely fill in the oval beside the name of the can- didate(s) of choice. You must use dark blue or black pen. Do not use a pencil or a red pen or highlighters. 2. Place the ballot in the white Ballot Secrecy Envelope and seal the white envelope. 3. Place the white Ballot Secrecy Envelope into the yellow Election Return Envelope. 4. Sign and detach the Declaration Form and insert the declaration form into the yellow Election Return Envelope. 5. Mail the yellow Election Return Envelope. Please Remember That the Voter Declaration Card MUST be signed in order for the ballot to be counted.
