COMMON GRANTEE CHALLENGES- IRB approval and delays- Difficulty establishing data collection systems and
strategies- Partners are unwilling or resistant to collecting data- Delays in implementing program activities or low
participation in grant offerings (e.g. trouble getting partners to adopt screening tool, delays in offering trainings)
- Staff turnover- Originally planned data collection activities don’t
seem to be working well
