Jeff Davis Parish Oct 5 to 9 - Hold a baby gator at the Gator Chateau (free attraction) and have a cup of complimentary Community Coffee and local snacks each day in the Visitor Center, housed in a replica of an Acadian Home. Local music will be played daily.

Oct 6 to 9 - The Welsh Museum has farming, rail and cattle exhibits. A Pirogue with Acadian artifacts, Mardi Gras tree, and an arrow head exhibit will be on display.
