I complete my post graduate education in commerce faculty atAhmednagar a city in Maharashtra.I participate in many sportsAhmednagar a city in Maharashtra.I participate in many sportsand cultural activities during my college course. Naturally itwas a influencing factor on the youngster and other villagers ofHiware bazar.

In the year of 1989, the state govt. declared village Panchayatelections. The subject of election was again a fearful factor inthe minds of the villagers because of earlier bad experiences ofl ti Th t t k l i th illelections. That took place in the village.

Some of the visionary good people and youngsters invited meto the village gramsabha and during the gramsabha in theto the village gramsabha and during the gramsabha in thevillage I addressed to them about around development that wasneeded in the village, the village gramsabha selected me as avillage Sarpancha for five years.

Friends and relatives forced me to leave the village and not tobecome the Sarpancha, but I was very determined to accept theh ll f h i h f f ill d d hchallenge of changing the face of village and I accepted the

called and the basic needs of the village was brought towardstheir activities and I appealed to the villagers for their fullpp gfledged participation for attaining their basic needs andrequirements. The following basic needs were identified in the
