AGENDA
Patent owner • Patents generated from technologies developed by
KSU constituents or technologies developed by non-KSU individuals who choose to use the services of the Intellectual Property Program at KSU, are owned by KSU.
• Patent will be issued with student’s name as the inventor and KSU as the assignee (owner) in order to preserve the inventor’s moral and financial privileges.

OWNERSHIP AND INVENTORSHIP OF TECHNOLOGY
KSU owns a technology invented by a student if:• The technology was developed in the normal
course of work or study of a KSU constituent (affiliated individual or entity with KSU).
• The technology was developed under a KSU grant or contract.
• Extensive use of KSU facilities and resources was made.

The supervisor will evaluate the student performance: Weekly according to:
• Attendance• Tasks requested performed• Quality of the submitted work• Engagement in discussion
At the end of the semester according to:• Teamwork• Communication/Leadership• Software development skills
