Alexandra Babij, daughter of Roman andJill Babij, wants to attend a liberal arts college and majorin journalism and law. With her degree she would like totravel the globe and cover a ground-breaking story. Whileattending Ontario High, Alexandra was part of volleyball,basketball, tennis, Future Business Leaders of Americaand National Honor Society. Rachel Corn, daughter ofBruce and Renae Corn, is heading to Brigham YoungUniversity-Provo to major in nursing after graduation.Other goals of hers are to travel the world and marry thetall, dark, handsome man of her dreams. HARPER HIGH SCHOOL -SENIOR CLASS OF 2011

Marisa Seiders, daughter of Perry and Becky Seiders, is planning on joining“Bronco Nation” and going to Boise State University to major in biology.With her biology degree she will eventually apply for the nursing program atBoise State as well. Marisa was part of leadership club, volleyball, basket-ball, track, drama club and the 4-H club while attending Harper High.

Chelsey White, daughter of Tony and Robin White, participated in volley-ball, basketball and track and was student body president. She is planning toattend Treasure Valley Community College to receive her nursing degree andfinish her schooling through Eastern Oregon University.

E7Amanda Puentz, daughter of Andy and Paulette Peutz, plans toattend Northwest Nazarene University to obtain her Bachelor ofScience in Nursing degree after graduation and would like towork in a local hospital as a registered nurse. She also intends tosomeday return to school to obtain her master’s degree in nurs-ing and become a nurse practitioner. Amanda kept busy in highschool by participating in choir, piano, cheerleading, track,drama, yearbook, National Honor Society, band and journalism.

Ester Gordon, daughter of John and Joan Gordon, plans toattend Oregon State University and major in chemistry. Ester isproud to have participated in band, choir, basketball, volleyball,softball, ASB, National Honor Society and international clubduring high school. One of her future goals is to see the world.

Blake Purnell, son of Kevin and Heidi Purnell, plans to studysports medicine at Corban University to become an athletictrainer. He also intends to play basketball while at college. Blakewas member of football, basketball, baseball, track, ASB, FFA,drama and the international club.

Madison Shira, daughter of Nolan and Nickie Shira, is head-ing to Lakeland, Fla., after high school to attend SoutheasternUniversity, where she would like to major in public relationsand journalism. Madison was kept busy during high school byparticipating in basketball, volleyball, track, choir, ASB, FFA,and National Honor Society.

Jacob Crim, son of Clay and Theresa Crim, will be attending Duke University to major in pre-med aftergraduation. Jacob stayed busy while at Fruitland High by participating in FFA, Business Professionals ofAmerica, football, basketball, golf, Natural Helpers, student government, STEM Club, broadcasting and Natural Honor

Society. Jami Farmer, daughter of Rick and Laurie Farmer, is going to attendTreasure Valley Community College and then transfer to BrighamYoung University to find a “hottie” and get married. Jami was part ofthe tennis and soccer team while at Fruitland High. Karli Farmer,daughter of Rick and Laurie Farmer, wants to attend Brigham YoungUniversity in the future and travel the world. She was a part of bas-ketball, tennis, soccer, Students Against Destructive Decisions(S.A.D.D.) and National Honor Society. Laurel Olsen, daughter ofAlma and Janna Olsen, plans to attend Brigham Young Universityand major in business with a minor is political science. She wants tocontinue onto law school, get married and prepare for life. Plaza, is planning an exchange trip to Spain for a year after she gradu-ates. While attending FHS, she was a part of the golf team and NaturalHelpers. Beccah Roberts, daughter of Benjamin and Catherine Roberts,will be attending Brigham Young University after graduation to be comea counseling psychologist. During high school, Beccah participated inband, Business Professionals of America, FFA, National Honor Societyand Students Against Destructive Decisions. Deanna Edwards, daughterto Ron and Kim Edwards, is going to attend Idaho State University andstudy forensic science. Future goals after college are to co-own theBoston Red Sox and be successful as a forensic specialist.
