Graduating CustomersThe Audit for Completion report will indicate when your customer is ready for graduation and the Graduate Customer button will become active on the main customer screen.

Click on the Graduate Customer button. Select the Exit Point from the drop down menu. Enter the Graduation Date for your customer. It is NOT manditory to enter the FAA Practical Test results to graduate a customer.

This step is dictated to you by how your TCO is written. Double check to ensure you have entered the correct information as once you click on

the Save button, you cannot undo the process. You would need to contact King Schools directly.

Click on Save - Important Tip - by clicking on the Save button below, the customer will be graduated, and in most cases this cannot be undone. Click on the Cancel button if you do not wish to graduate the customer.

Print the customer's special vanity Graduation Certificate that appears on your screen and present it to your customer! Note: You may have a pop-up blocker preventing you from displaying this certificate.

This vanity graduation certificate can also be printed via the Customer's Information screen once you have graduation the customer.

If your customer's graduation exit point is Part 141, you will also want to print the official Part 141 graduation certificate located under the Documentation menu for your customer's training records.

1. First you must graduate your customer - they do NOT have had to completed their checkride in order to graduate.

2. Select your customer's name in the Customer List.3. Under Documention, select the correct certificate or rating graduation

certificate.4. The customer's Enrollment Course Key will appear as the unique identifier for

the FAA.5. Complete the required information and select Print.
