My memorable moment:
Being a student with ICA was a great journey. It is not just the knowledge, the skills and the exposure that are great, but it is getting to know more about me as a person, getting to know that all the answers are hidden within us. My memorable moment:
When I decided to take up a Coaching Certification, I researched the Coaching Schools available. ICA stood out for a couple of reasons - flexibility of the class schedule, the testimonies of the students (present and ex) - the phrase ‘nurturing environment’ kept coming up! The clincher was when I spoke with a current student who told me how lovely it was being a student at ICA!
My memorable moment:
Involved all individuals that created each class and brought themselves to each class. Instructors and students alike. I was always excited to dial into each class to see who I would be collaborating that hour. It still amazes me to this day the depth of knowledge ICA instructors and students bring to their coaching experience. I could not have chosen a better Academy. Thank You All!

My memorable moment:
The mentor coaching classes as a whole. Hearing other students insecurities and doubts, sometimes word for word, the same as mine, was refreshing. Hearing others speak what I was feeling allowed me to surrender to the apprehension I had as a coach. This in turn led me to the best advice that I received from a fellow student during peer coaching.
