Test Score Creation

Click on the Notes tab for captions!

Type in SOATEST in the Go To… box.Hit Enter.

Test Score Information form

1. Type in ID number or perform person search.

2. Click Next Block.

1. Click Test Code drop down arrow.

2. Click on appropriate test code.

3. Click OK.

Test Score Information form

1. Enter Test Score.

2. Enter Test Date by using the format “mmddyyyy” or Calendar icon.

4. Select Source.3&5. Click Save.

6. Exit form.

Type in SPAIDEN in the Go To… box.Hit Enter.

General Person Identification form

1. Click Next Block.

2. Additional Identification tab.

1. Select appropriate test ID code.

2. Move cursor to Additional Identification field and type in test registration number.

3. Click Save.

4. Exit form.
