Click on the Notes tab for captions!

Type in SPAIDEN in the Go To… box.Hit Enter.

General Person Identification form

1. Type in ID or perform person search.

2. Click Next Block.

Click to Biographical tab.

1. Use format “mmddyyyy “ or calendar icon to enter correct DOB.

Change Email Address

Click to Email tab.

1. Delete wrong and enter correct information.

2. Click Save.
