Grace receives literally over 100 projects submitted for consideration a year. These are screened through a rigorous process of parameters, and produces approximately one project a year.

These fall into the $5,000,000 to $20,000,000 range and must be a “Game-Changer “ for the way business is normally done or be a solution for an untapped or unmet need.

Projects are introduced to new Members with an eye on risk. While we reserve some projects exclusively for existing Members, we hold one open to new Members.

A new Member is asked only to decide if Private Equity participation in a “ground floor” project is appropriate for their individual portfolio. With that, they are provided with all the necessary business plans and research necessary to make an informed investment decision. If a member decides to participate, they invest directly with the firm under consideration.
