1 - TRA SPORTATION CHARGES

1 Transportation Charges include the hourly rates as listed below.

1.1 Hourly Rates and Charges

1.1.1 Moves up to 35 miles

For moves up to 3$ miles, the Company will charge a two (2) hourminimum and one (I) hour of travel time. After the first hour, thehourly rates are calculated in 15 minute increments. Any interimcharge is rounded up to the next fifteen minute increment

1.1.2 Moves over 35 miles

For moves over 35 miles, moves will be conducted on a "straight time"basis, with a two-hour minimum plus estimated travel time. Atter the firsttwo hours, the hourly rates are calculated in 15-minute increments, Anyinterim charge is rounded up to the next 15-minute increment. Hourly ratesare the same, seven days a week, 24 hours a day, in every season of theyeai'.

1.1.3 Customers are not charged an additional fee for overtime labor.

2.8 Waiting Time

The shipper is charged the rates specified in Section 1.1 for all waiting time ordelays not the fault of the camer.

2.9 Articles, Special Servicing

The rates and charges in this tariff do not include servicing or unservicing articlesor appliances such as freezers, refrigerators, computer equipment, washers, diyers,televisions, and similar articles. The Company does not disconnect or reconnectthe shipper's appliances and articles.

3.1 Claims

All claims for loss, damage or overcharge must be written and should attach thebill of lading. Claimant must immediately notify carrier of all claims forconcealed damage. Carrier must be given reasonable opportunity to inspectdamaged items in original packing. Claims should be submitted to the carrierwithin 96 hours of receipt of goods.

3.2 Computing Charges

The Company's rates are computed by multiplying the applicable hourly rate bythe time as provided in Section 1.1.

3.3 Governing Publications

The Company's rates and charges are governed by the terms and conditions of thistariff, and the Rules and Regulations of the South Carolina Public ServiceCommission.

3,4 Storage-in-Transit

Carrier will require payment when a shipment is delivered to a temporary storagewarehouse. Charges are calculated as provided in Section 1,

3.5 Bill of Lading, Contract Terms, and Conditions

A Copy of the Company's Bill of Lading, contract terms and conditions isattached and incorporated by reference as Exhibit One.

3.6 Items of Particular Value

The Company does not assume any liability whatsoever for documents, currency,money, credit cards, jewelry, watches, precious stones or articles of extraordinaryvalue including accounts, bills, deeds, evidences ofdebt, securities, notes, postagestamps, stamp collections, trading stamps, revenue stamps, letters or packets ofletters, alcoholic beverages, firearms, coin collections, articles. of peculiarlyinherent or intrinsic value, precious metals or articles manufactured there from.The Company will not accept responsibility for safe delivery of such articles ifthey come into the Company's possession with or without the Company'sknowledge.

3.7 Fuel Surcharge

The fuel surcharge to be charged on shipments 30 miles or less will be a flat$30.00 per truck per day.

The following percentage Fuel-Related Cost Price Adjustment (surcharge) willapply on hourly transportation charges on shipments that are 31 miles or more andtransportation charges on shipments picked up and delivered as described below:

On the first Monday of each calendar month, the South Carolina average priceper gallon of diesel fuel will be determined.

2. If the first Monday of the month is a federal holiday, the price will bedetermined based on the price available on the next subsequent business day.

3, The fuel price obtained will then be indexed based on the fuelprice/adjustment factor matrix set forth in this item to determine the Fuel CostPrice Adjustment that will become applicable on the 15 day of the month.The adjustment determined will apply for shipments loaded beginning on the15 of the month and remain in effect through the 14 day of the subsequentfollowing month starting from the effective date of this item.

4. To determine the Fuel Cost Adjustment amount to apply multiply theapplicable hourly transportation charges as determined in accordance withitem 300 and the applicable pickup and delivery transportation charges on theshipments as determined in accordance with percentage Fuel Cost AdjustmentFactor. The resulting charge is in addition to all other applicabletransportation charges.
