Initial Discovery call with MedPro:

MedPro will schedule a conference call with the GPO to discuss how the process will work and to go through the timeline step-by-step.

MedPro will provide the GPO with a list of information that MedPro will need to create emails, landing pages, etc.

MedPro and the GPO will determined dates for each step to be completed by and add them to the timeline.

Timeline with dates will be sent to the GPO and MedPro employees involved.

GPO receives customized email drafts and landing page for approval. Can reply with any necessary changes or requests.

Once emails are approved, GPO sends MedPro list of member emails.

MedPro enrolls members in a workflow that sends emails 7-14 days apart.

Members receive emails, open and click button or link directing them to landing page.

Members fill out form on landing page or call MedPro from number shown.

MedPro sales reps take calls and follow up on form submissions.

After each email is sent, an early results report is generated. 7 days later a final report for that email is generated and the next email is sent. Reports are sent to GPO. Reports include opens, clicks, leads generated, opportunities generated, total pipeline created as well as pipeline broken down into open, closed-won and closed-lost pipeline.

Adjustments are made to the landing pages and emails if necessary or indicated by open/click rates.
